Our smallest water slide, the Unicorn Slide, needs about 26 ft × 10 ft of level ground plus clearance at the exit and around 16 ft of overhead room. The largest, Wave Runner 1, needs 32 ft × 13 ft and 18 ft of height. Send us your measurements and we'll confirm before you book.
We can set up near a pool, but not right against it — we always leave a safe margin. If you have a pool, please arrange a separate adult to supervise it, because children move fast between the slide exit and open water.
Yes. On grass we stake the unit down; on concrete, pavers or artificial turf we use sandbags instead — nothing is drilled and nothing is damaged. Just tell us the surface when you book.
For a private back yard you don't need a permit. If your event is in a shared HOA space or a public Mission Viejo park, check with your association or the city first — many ask for advance notice or proof of insurance. Park setups usually need a generator, which we can provide.
Several of our slides — Wave Runner 1 & 2, Cool Shades, the Unicorn Slide, Mega Block and JAWS — can be set up wet with a splash pool or used dry. A few units (Dolphin Diver, Tropical Paradise and the Hot Air Balloon) are dry-use only. Just let us know at booking.
Each inflatable needs one 110V outlet within about 50 ft of the setup area, and we bring the extension leads. If there's no outlet, a generator is available for an additional fee — just ask when you book.
Typical setup time is 20–30 minutes depending on access and the surface. We arrive early so everything is ready before your first guest.

We recently used Seabreeze Bouncers for my son’s 12th birthday party in Newport Beach and had an awesome experience. We chose Ben’s company because the inflatables have a really cool, unique style, they’re not your average designs, which we loved. We rented the 18-foot Wave Runner, and it was huge. The pool area at the bottom could literally fit a bunch of the kids at the same time, and the slide itself was even fun for the adults. A few of the dads couldn’t resist giving it a go as well. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the kids had an absolute blast. We’d definitely use Ben and Seabreeze Bouncers again.
